CONFERENCE FACILITIESThe Memorial Park conference suite contains two meeting rooms of varying sizes, which open onto a foyer with informal seating and its own entrance and cloakrooms. The rooms are spacious and well lit, the furniture is comfortable and flexible, and the decor is simple but pleasant.

All rooms in this modern building can be adapted for various uses including lectures, seminars, boardroom-style meetings and receptions. The Pavilion Room seats 20 people for a lecture or 14 for a boardroom-style meeting, while the two seminar rooms each seat 28 for a lecture or 12 for a meeting.

EQUIPMENT

Whiteboards and flip charts are provided in every room. Overhead projectors and screens are supplied on request. Other equipment can be made available at modest charges. This includes a Powerpoint enabled computer and projector. If you wish to access the Internet using your own computer free wi-fi connection.
